Daily Decks is designed to keep your study data private. This policy explains what the app does — and does not — do with your information. In short: we do not collect, sell, or share any personal data.

Information We Collect

The developer collects no personal information through Daily Decks. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no tracking across other apps or websites. The app does not require an account.

Your Content and iCloud

Your decks, cards, notes, media, and study history are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync (a Pro feature), that content is synced through your own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud/CloudKit. It is stored under your Apple ID and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer has no access to your iCloud data and never receives a copy of your content.

On-Device AI

AI card generation runs entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence (Apple's Foundation Models). The documents, PDFs, images, and text you provide for card generation are processed on-device only and are never uploaded to the developer or any third party.

Purchases

Daily Decks Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment and billing are handled by Apple; the developer does not receive your payment details. Purchase verification happens on your device and via Apple's servers.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores your preferences (for example, using the system's standard settings storage) and your study content on the device. This information stays on your device and, if you choose, in your personal iCloud. You can remove it at any time by deleting the app or its data.

Children's Privacy

Daily Decks does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected, the app poses no data-collection risk to users of any age.

Changes to This Policy

If the app's data practices ever change, this policy and the app's App Store privacy details will be updated accordingly, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
